Message from Dr. Yuji Hayashi, CEO
In order to sustain precious global environment, I'm PACT WORLD created a cutting edge technology named "PACT", unique and breakthrough reactor system which combines "Atmospheric Plasma Technology" and "Catalytic Technology".
PACT, Plasma Assisted Catalytic Technology enables us variety of decomposition and reforming of gas components so that it promises a wide-ranged application.
One of the biggest missions for scientists and engineers is the solution against global environmental problems. As a Doctor of the Planet Earth, we will develop more function and application of PACT, tackle environment-relating problems and create more values on PACT in partnership with our stake holders.

Profile of Dr. Yuji Hayashi
He was majoring electrical engineering in Tohoku University and received his Ph. Degree from Hokkaido University.
After graduating from Tohoku University, he worked for Fujitsu Ltd. during which he engaged manufacturing of Fujitsu products at factory and R&D works at laboratory. Through his career in Fujitsu Ltd. as a prime researcher in Research and Laboratory Center, he built up the following professional career.
- Chief researcher of Japan Fine Ceramics Center (Japanese government sector)
- Prime researcher of Association of Super-Advanced Electronics Technology (Japanese government sector)
- Visiting professor of Connecticut University, US
- Visiting professor of Nagasaki University, Japan
- Visiting professor of Utsunomiya University, Japan
He holds US patent of "No. 5,474,747" and many of Japanese patents. He founded I'm PACT WORLD Ltd. in 2003.

Since the establishment of I'm PACT WORLD, we have been striving to develop/improve our technologies toward PACT applied products. PACT is integrated technology with plasma and catalysts, both of which were progressing individually in different academic discipline for long periods.
PACT is in use widely in environmental, medical & sanitary, agricultural and chemical fields.
- Decomposition of harmful gases such as VOC, Volatile Organic Compounds
- Inactivation / extinction of virus and bacteria in the air
- Inactivation of fungus on flowers and agriculture products for not to use post-harvest agrichemicals
- Production of chemical products
PACT is possibly advanced for further applications by additional integration with other technologies such as separation and chemical reaction.
